At the end of November 2024 we installed a new heat pump and made changes to reduce air leakage in our home This group was responsible for conducting a pre and post audit on my homes energy efficiency. The inspector doing the audit was professional and quite knowledgeable, able to explain technical jargon. The Home Inspectors Group then successfully applied for the applicable Ontario grants. Their office tracked the rebate application for me and once the rebate cheque was received they provided a detailed explanation of the cheque amount and confirmed it was the correct amount.
