Yeah, I couldve gone with one of the bigger and better known window companies for my replacement, but after meeting Bobby who we met when our neighbours down the street did their windows and highly recommended him, I read the reviews here and the choice was clear! Told my husband we were going with LAB. From start to finish Bobby took the time to make sure we were happy with his work and service and the job which was well within budget. The only issue was the time to get the windows from the manufacturer, But that was no fault of Bobby and his communication was great as he would copy us on his follow ups to his provider. Despite the time hiccup, we would definitely work with LAB Windows again!
