Called Mr.Rooter to repair my parents , whom are seniors , toilet. Curtis arrived within 30 minutes even though it was not an emergency call. He was patient and explained the needed repairs clearly to my elderly parents. They reviewed cost and received a seniors discount . They Paid by credit card on the spot .
