Installer crew has been rude, telephone calls and emails to the office about these concerns are haphazardly dealt with to date with little concern for promised call backs or return email messages. This firm's level of service is far below par in all accounts except cashing the cheque. Run, don't walk, away from this company should they appear in your neighbourhood.
