I moved into my new house and discovered that the dryer door was installed backwards, making it very difficult to transfer clothes from the washing machine to the dryer. Michael came the same day I called, reversed the door, and identified future issues, such as needing to replace the drum cap. He explained everything clearly and charged a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend his services.
