Replaced faucet and outdoor shut-off valve
Called Joe to check water hammer issue, leaky outdoor shut-off valve, and faucet with leaky diverter. He was prompt, courteous, clear, and honest with all options. Work was done efficiently and effectively. We didn't fix the water hammer as it would have been too invasive and it was recommended to just wait until we renovate the bathroom. Thanks Joe!
Kitchen Reno - Great Warranty Service
Neo Kitchen renovated our kitchen about 7-8 years ago. They have an amazing warranty on specific items, like cabinetry and hardware. The soft closing hinges on our utensil drawer were worn out and not functioning, and the dedicated spice rack drawer/cabinet was also getting stuck. Called them and they came, pleasant and friendly service. Replaced the soft closing hinges free of charge and only had to pay $100 for a new spice rack as it was not covered.
