Dave was referred from a friend. He was, between being punctual, honest, and forthcoming and did not require 'adult supervision'. That is, given the worksite, he assessed the situation, recommended the repairs and got to work. A great attitude, and equally good workmanship makes Dave a rare find in Ottawa.

Rick, the owner is very pleasant and says all the right stuff. He and his "expert tiler" Luc ended up jackhammering the first concrete base they did to remove it...we could not install the granite slab walls. The second was not very good, but he assured that the tile would cover it...RIGHT! It was a disaster. It took me over a year to get him back to agree on paying 500.00 (pitance!) for me to fix it. He kept telling me the cheque was in the mail...it NEVER was sent. He has no integrity whatsoever in my experience. BEWARE.

Cana Windows is an example of how a company should run - friendly, efficient, high quality product and responsive to inquires. The crew obviously is proud of their work, arrived early, did a great job and cleaned up everything afterwards. This is our third order from Cana!!!
