Was quoted $700 to have furniture moved from house into a POD on the driveway, ended up paying $1,023. Two so called professional movers arrived, on time, but with no tools and no idea how to remove doors (increase opening for moving furniture) or how to dismantle anything. This took unnecessary time and added to the cost. Then to move appliances they changed an additional $180 - refusing to move them unless I agreed to the price - being held hostage is not customer service. The stacking in the pod is a disaster and we fully expect to have damaged furniture when we unload. I will never use this company again!
