Technician Mark was incredibly friendly and meticulous during the maintenance of my Carrier furnace and A/C unit. He demonstrated honesty, neatness, and professionalism by thoroughly vacuuming the furnace and cleaning the A/C unit. Aware of my deafness, he effectively communicated with me by writing notes and utilizing the Live Transcribe feature on my smartphone, explaining how to control humidity levels in summer and winter for easier and more precise management.
