Worse customer service of any builders
We purchased a house in North Oakville from Primont. We moved in 2 months ago and have had plumbing issues with the primary shower, which I paid a lot for. The water doesn't flow from the showerhead, we have had water leaks. We have contacte the customer service rep and also notified the customer service manager rep multiple times with calls and emails and have not even heard anything back. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. Within 4 months there was 3 different customer service reps changes which clearly indicates there is a problem. Even the manager doesn't respond. Primont is one of the more expensive builders out there, and the building quality and workmanship is horrible as well as one of the worse customer service of any builders. This is coming from someone who bought previous homes with 3 other builders. These guys are by far the worse. Picture of staircase, large spacing between bricks, window without caulking
