We used Go Truck Go to move between apartments. We have moved almost every year for the past 20 years and these guys were the BEST movers ever... hands down! First of all making the booking was easy, fast and convenient. It was all done on-line and with no issues. A few days before the move we received an email confirming date and time, as scheduled. Then on the day of the move the folks showed up right on time and the move was under-way in no time. They 2 guys that came to do the move (sorry I don't remember their names) were great -- very careful with the furniture, very fast, pleasant to deal with... I couldn't have asked for better people! The move took just under 5 hours -- exactly as we had been told. We paid them, we tipped them well... only to be told that "perhaps we were tipping them too much and generally they aren't used and/or expect tips that high!". We will definitely use Go Truck Go again. And BTW, we also used Frogboxes which were AMAZING and probably saved us HOURS of packing, moving and unpacking. We wouldn't have found out about Frogboxes if it wasn't for the recommendation and link that was provided on the Go Truck Go site.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I used Nationwide to clean the carpets in my empty apartment. The carpets are beige "berber" carpets. We are not sure what the technician has done but after the carpets were cleaned, *large* portions of it are now a dark yellow as if the entire carpet is now stained and/or discoloured. Moreover, the carpets looked significantly worse after they were steam cleaned. We called the company back and told them about our problem. At this point we were upset about the result of the work but we had hoped that this company would fix the issue... Nope.. We were told by Nationwide that the state of the carpets after the cleaning work was done (I remind you that the carpets were in MUCH worse shape than before the cleaning was done) was completely our fault. Furthermore, we were told anything from "there was vomit everywhere" to "it's what happens when you walk barefoot on the carpet" as the reasons for the yellow stains. We asked for a manager to visit the unit but we couldn't get anyone. Finally we were able to convince them to send us one of their techs. He came once, tried to spray the stains but couldn't help much. He promised then to come back and never did... twice. We will be calling this company to get our money back and will never use them and/or recommend them to anyone else.

We made an appointment with Ashton for a hot water tank replacement. The technician (Chris) showed up on time. Before the work was done, Chris provided a very detailed assessment & cost for the work. There were no surprises or hidden fees. The installation was quick and the new hot water tank system is working with no issues. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.
