I can not express how impressed I am with Jacks dedication to his business. This was our first time reaching out to Jack and it certainly wont be our last. He called us back promptly and provided us with recommendations and suggestions to try to fix our washing machine. He was incredibly reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone. 10/10.
