i received an alert from my ecobee on my phone early this morning that my house was not cooling. I was out of town at that time, once i got home and checked everything such as filter or frozen pipes from ac i sent a request out on homestars at 1230pm and within 5 minutes Steven from Pipe Dreams called and had me test a few things to find out if it was the fan motor or the capacitor in the AC and told me he could be here in 2 hours. He was very prompt in all communications and was here in 2 hours and replaced the capacitor and all working fine now. Thanks so much Steven for your quick action within hours to have our air conditioning up and working again the same day!! This is a new company to homestars, so call them you wont be dissapointed, especially the quick response and repairs on these 40 plus degree days!!

We had Louie spend a few hours recalibrating our existing sprinkler system (another supplier) and we couldn’t be happier. His price was fair, he was always prompt (he also does our spring and fall maintenance check) and pleasant to deal with. Thanks Louie!

Mujtaba came for on onsite visit to quote and explain the process, as the fan was very heavy a support had to be installed in the ceiling. He arrived on time with a 2nd year apprentice electrician and both were very professional, friendly and courteous. They worked quickly and neatly! They put booties overtop of their work boots the minute they arrived which was very respectful to us and our home. I would definitely recommend and I would hire them again for jobs in the future.
