I understand why Myghty Force earned so many 10 star reviews. From start to finish, Myghty Force has been great to work with. It all began with the initial inquiry. Mike responded quickly and was able to visit my home promptly. He made the appropriate suggestions for my needs and was always pleasant and showed me utmost respect. After meeting and corresponding with other businesses, I never got quite the same positive feeling I got from my interaction with Mike so I went ahead and booked with Myghty Force. I truly believe I made the right decision. We hit a couple of bumps along the way (e.g. the odd construction of my house, among other things) but Mike was able to provide the appropriate solutions. He was very responsive; whenever I called or texted him, he would reply within minutes, if not seconds. He cannot rest easy if his clients aren't 110% satisfied. Should the need for electrical projects arise, Myghty Force will certainly be my go-to number to call. I would not hesitate in recommending them. Thank you Mike (bonus points for your playlist!), and thank you Lincoln. It would be my pleasure to work with you again. Leroy worked single-handedly on this project and started and finished on schedule at a very reasonable price. He cleaned up the look of our front yard by installing the interlocking and he integrated materials we already had so that everything would tie together aesthetically. The design concept he came up with for us was very simple (in a good way) and we were surprised that other competitors were suggesting much more complex (read: expensive) ideas when Leroy gave us exactly what we wanted at a fair price. Our neighbours have complimented the end results and we have not hesitated in recommending Duffins and passing along their contact info. He also left our property with no mess--everything was very clean. Duffins has exceeded our expectations.

After getting some quotes on the products I was looking for, okay, they did give me the best price which is what earned them the star in my rating. But what good is a good price if they don't deliver the product? They gave me a delivery time, when it passed we called them and they said they were running late and they'd arrive within the hour. The hour passed and we called again; they said to wait one more hour. After THAT hour passed we called again and they never picked up. We called shortly after that and the phone went straight to voice mail. We finally headed down to the shop, saw the DELIVERY TRUCK PARKED IN FRONT, 3 guys laughing and doing nothing inside, and when we confronted them, they gave us bull-ish excuses as to why they weren't at our house making the delivery. Why couldn't they just pick up the phone? This equates to HORRIBLE customer service. A bargain hunter like me will not sacrifice good service for a low price. I will NEVER shop here again.
