I am a custom home builder and I have dealt with a couple of other design firms that CAN NOT compete with Memar. I am no longer trying to find an architect, as there is no need to look any further. Memar has to be one of the very best firms out there. Other firms took too long with designing my house and replying to my questions and concerns, but with Memar my designs were done and ready in more than half the time the other firms I dealt with. If I had a question or concern and they answered me the SAME day. If you are looking for a architect to look after your every need and concern with designing the house, even if you have any questions about dealing with the city for the permits they will help out right away. If you are looking for someone to take care of you and make you feel like you are the most important client they have, then look no further than Memar. I know I will never look for another firm.
