I've used Ener-Tight for all my windows and doors so far and they're very responsive and professional. I've had a couple issues that were dealt with immediately, no questions asked. This window install was part of a full kitchen remodel and while I love the window and it was installed quick, the caulking job could have been better. It was sloppy. I haven't had that problem with the other installs though.
