Paul showed up within 2 hours of initial call ( Sunday afternoon) Diagnosed problem quickly, sourced faulty part shortly after and advised he could return on Monday for repairs. Faulty controller was close to $500 so overall call was excellent value. Returned next day as promised within 2hr window schedule provided. Replaced faulty part and offered additional advice to use surge suppressor to prevent similar failures in future. Excellent support and service from start to finish.
