For a company that markets themselves as timely and best price guaranteed, they are neither. They say the technician will be there in 45 minutes... customer support said an hour or two, and then he was an hour late on top of that. Not forthcoming about the price and won't tell you the quote upfront. We were charged nearly $400 just for the technician to open the fuse box and tell us it was a hydro issue. There was no repair work done, yet the price came in at $400 including hidden travel and credit card costs that we weren't told upfront. Another company came and fixed our problem for free so I'd say not even close to the "best price". Would never recommend to anyone.
