Our rented gas hot water heater/tank broke. Ali from Kobist visited, gave a price, and committed that same day, and the system was installed the next! It was great, they were polite, clear, flexible, patient, and worked quickly. The job took the time he said it would, the price was right, and we had hot water quickly. I recommend them :) Joy

Tiptop Flooring (Andrei, Eric, etc.) did a fantastic job with our aged flooring! They sanded, stained, varnished and buffed to a wonderful updated colour. As well, they installed new red oak hardwood in the Baby's room, and finished it the same as the 86-year-old hardwood. They were prompt, had integrity, patience while we made our choices, worked quickly, showed up when they said they would, had accurate time estimates, and helped out with our window sills as well. I couldn't recommend them more highly! Joy
