Owner put back filled 10 ft from the pool with sand. When I asked the employee if they normally do this he said no and he has worked for him for 2 years. The owner said well "you will have to get topsoil, I'm only responsible to fill 3ft from the pool" then why is there 4" of sand 10ft from the pool. And comments from the owner says "mst people put a deck around the whole pool like this. He was informed I did not want a deck around the new pool before I even hired him. My yard looks terrible ! I called the excavator they contract to and he stated he doesn't normally spread the sand like that either. They were suppose to have in install done weeks ago also and I had to stay on them to get an install confirmation date calling them every few days. This company does not thrive on customer satisfaction and I will not recommend them ever!
