I have to say that I was very surprised and happy to get a call friday morning from 360. This is 2 yrs after install! I was told they were deeply concerned about my issue. Monday morning the 360 tech was here. Was here 3 hrs. Tried some things that didn't work. Took pictures. Said he had a plan to fix it once and for all. Went back to 360. Friday morning 360 was here and ran seperate ducts to the vents in my livingroom. I HAVE AIRFLOW TO MY LIVINGROOM!!!! If you have any doubts about 360, let me tell you, you have nothing to worry about. 360's got your back!!!! Thank you 360. You're amazing. Thank you so much.
