Our heating system/hot water boiler suddenly stopped functioning. Ralph Mueller returned our call and arrived within 45 min. of our leaving a message for him. He tracked down the problem, fixed it and did the long-overdue maintenance (our fault) required in less than 75 min. He is very knowledgeable, honest and professional. The charges were very reasonable, especially compared to other companies out there.
Norm responded/arrived quickly, cleared the clog and replaced the damaged pipe.He even answered questions about other potential problems and gave me advice on how to fix some other minor problems myself. He was friendly, professional and knowledgable.
Exterior House Painting -One side only
The owner seemed pleasant when giving the quote, but proved to be rude and unhelpful during and after the job was done. They did not paint reverse side fascia boards, had to call them back. When I tried to open the French doors to my patio the following spring, I found they had been painted shut. I was so disgusted with the owner by then, I didn't even bother contacting him again.
