For the first few weeks everything was great, then the leak came back in the same spot as before. I contacted Anotnio and he replied only by text, never by phone, he also wouldn't set a time or day to come see the issue I finally got him to set a date after 4 or 5 weeks of going back and forth with this Friday after 2pm. I came back early from my daughter's University graduation to meet him and he knew this. I gave notice to my tenants to enter and I waited 2.5 hours for him to come and not even a phone call or message that he couldn't make it. I called him 2 times no answer, and also texted and no answer. I now have to hire another company to rectify whatever is wrong as he will not honor his 25year warranty. Very disappointing !!!!

So let's be honest. No fabricating. True honesty. It hasn't been 5 weeks that you've been trying to get us out there for the water test. 2 weeks. Absolutely. Peak season. I responded right away when you notified me of the leak. I didn't run. Don't dodge you. We are booked into September already so I needed to clear off open jobs and tweak scheduling to fit the water test in. We have had a lot of rain in the last two weeks which also makes it difficult to perform the water test. Then, we finally find a day and time that works. You mentioned your daughter's graduation and I said we could choose another day but understandably, you wanted it done sooner than later. Then morning of, you text me and say you may not be there and if so, here's the lockbox code etc. you need to be there while performing the water test to witness if the problem is coming from where we serviced or from an area above grade. There are a few potential issues. The repairs to the crack in that area and other areas were completed as normal, full bituminous and wrap. Like every other job we complete. There is a pvc pipe detail that was performed by a previous contractor that could be the issue which is below your footing, the siding ends 6 inches below grade and there are gaps in the siding above grade which could be allowing water to penetrate from your top sill plate. Hence why I wanted to perform the water test. But you need to be there. I can't perform a water test without you there in the case that maybe it's a different issue and you say you weren't there to confirm that. It also rained on Friday again which would have prevented us from doing it even if you were there. I tried calling today twice and both times straight to voicemail. I have no problem warrantying it if it is from where we repaired, which I feel like it isn't. Our warranty is top tier and we have never run from a warranty repair. They don't happen often but if and when they do, I stand behind our warranty. All pictures of the repairs and work are available and also videos taken of potential issues with the pipe detail and siding height, both which I spoke with you about on site, in person. Let's get this resolved so that we don't have fabricated reviews out there about Aqua Stop.
