LEAKY WINDOWS. One of the panes cracked spontaneously after installation.
Out of 4 windows, one fixed window broke spontaneously after being installed. Its an expensive triple pane window, the middle pane broke with no reason or explanation. Now one of the windows that open is leaking a lot with the first rain since instalation. They were expensive triple pane windows. Very disappointing, unacceptable poor quality, no customer service. Not worth

I'm sorry you're having issues with the windows you've purchased from us, however the windows you've purchased cash and carry and installed yourself, and the leaking is a result of improper installation, nothing to do with the quality of functionality of the windows.
We can clearly see that the interior pane, not the middle pane is broken as a result of an impact, the glass did not crack on its own, someone broke it, and you can see the small pieces of glass shuttered on the inside.
We will be happy to help you get the replacement pane, and are willing to do the service to replace it, however this does not fall under the warranty coverage.
