Charged us $6200 for a broken ice maker. We paid down payment of 1/2 after being bullied. This technician didnt have any diagnostic equipment. He said that if we waited any longer, our repair would cost over 12k. We were nervous and didnt want to spend more money so we paid the deposit. After calling the company that we purchased the fridge from, they told us to call their recommended reputable Sub Zero fridge repair technician. The first company claimed they were authorized Sub Zero technicians. This is in fact FALSE. We then called another reputable and actual Sub Zero authorized repair person to give us a second opinion. This technician used a computer to diagnosis the issue and said that the arm in the ice maker was in the off position. He flipped it open and flushed water through the system and the ice maker starter to make ice. When we called the first technician back to say that their diagnosis was incorrect and that we wanted our money back, they wouldn't give it back. After several phone calls we finally recouped all but $600. Do not use this company ever.
