I recently purchased Dan's services through a WAGJAG that they offered. Initially Dan was great and responded to my e-mails. We confirmed a date and time for his crew to arrive and perform the service. Dan and his crew were a no show. After repeated e-mails and phone messages with no response from Dan, I asked WAGJAG for a refund. Very unprofessional.
