We had the flooring redone in our house through McLaughlin Flooring. They recommended Max to update the stairs. Max was incredible. He provided us with a quote and information on the process. Nice guy with an exceptional work ethic. The workmanship and attention to detail were incredible. He was able to match the stairs to our new flooring. The stairs were completed on budget and much quicker than was estimated. We are extremely happy. Overall, one of the best experiences weve had with a contractor. We would definitely recommend Nord-Ost.

We chose McLaughlin Flooring because of the positive reviews on HomeStars. We definitely made the right decision. From our first meeting with Rick, it was obvious he knew his stuff. He answered our questions throughout and provided solutions to issues that come with an old house. Throughout the process, hed make suggestions when complications arose where he not only clearly explained the issue but provided some low cost solutions. We decided to go with a waterproof laminate throughout the house. We love it!! The workmanship and attention to detail was exceptional. His team worked incredibly hard and showed so much respect for our house. The work was done on time and within budget. Rick also recommended Max for the stairs. They work incredibly well as a team.
