My blinds had stopped suddenly and I was told to reach out to a gentleman named Fern. Although it was Easter Weekend, he came over within minutes and noticed the motor died. He said he would be back. And sure enough he said I have a replacement for you. I expected him to come back after Easter, however he was right back with tools and a ladder and a pleasant attitude. He fixed my blinds and we spoke casually about life. What an amazing human being and an efficient worker at what he does!
