Ordering and Installation of blinds
I was referred to this company. I put in my order and it was great. They came right away, did the measurements, and they were fantastic. Over a month went by and I hadn't heard from them so I called them up to follow up and they said, "oh yeah, it's been in the back for a few weeks, we were busy and did not call." That was an issue. Then they came to install and some of the measurements had been done incorrectly so they had to reorder them. They reordered and after a few weeks I called them up and they said that they were in and had been but they forgot to call" They sent another person to do the installation and he was fantastic. Overall I have mixed reviews. The installers knew how to do their jobs and they did it well but on the same note I was disappointed that I had to be the one to follow up. I should have been called as soon as the blinds arrived. To be honest, my friend was here through all of this and she was looking for blinds for her new house, but after everything that occurred with this company she decided to go with another one.
