Paid $135 for a service call, that was advertised at $99. We were pretty sure the thermal fuse/switch on our wall oven had tripped after a self clean cycle. Tech said we didnt have a fuse/switch like that on our oven! He never even pulled the oven out from wall cavity to find the problem or test circuits etc. Said it was a power controller failure even though our display was functional and oven fan was running. $800 repair if we had gone for it. We didnt. We pulled out the oven, saw the tripped switch on the thermal fuse - that he said we didnt have - reset the switch and oven heated up. We decided to replace the switch/fuse, just in case it happened again. $80 part, and twenty minutes of our time. This outfit is not honest. Stay away.
