Didn't respect their guarantee. I had to send them a lawyer letter and even that I had to call somebody else to finish their job. a lot of nice wording with that manager Steve for a mediocre result. Luc

The roof was completed according to the manufacture's instructions. The customer wanted to add on a metal roof all kinds of little things so that birds would not go on the roof.
This was not part of our agreement, but nevertheless, we went back so many times to satisfy customer's request. So with regards to the roof, all was completed correct and the warranty was respected. Sorry that the customer feels this way. We, as a company tried everything he wanted even though we did not agree with his request which he signed on.
