I'd like to thank you for accommodating me on such short notice (on a Saturday night no less) and providing the report so quickly. You did an excellent job and it was great that you showed me all the things I needed to know about the inner workings of my unit (especially regarding the water cut-offs and the operation of the heat unit). As well, the recommendations you made are very helpful. It was money well spent and I feel quite confident that my unit is in tip top shape.
