We noticed that our office toilet was leaking and called Sam for availaibility and quote. He was available right away and the price was right. He was ontime, showed us the issues and fixed the problem. Very friendly, helpful and quick service.
Had a mold inspection due to some issues found on the walls. Inspection & Testing was very good and scary to think of mold in our new house. We found out the previous home owner had some mold removed prior to us buying. Contact Real Estate Agent & opened walls. We decided to take care of the issue ourselves.

We had to replace our Flat Roof. After many quotes, we went with HB Roofing. We live in a Duplex and our neighbor decided not to replace his side of the roof...this made it slightly complicated. Very happy with service and work.
We did a lot of research on replacing windows. We went with West Coast Windows. Great job overall...but had an issue with 1 window. The Bathroom window recommended did not give any privacy from the outside. Only noticed after the installation.
