Our commercial building needed a new flat roof due to multiple leaks that could not be repaired. We had several quotes from 5 roofing companies with different roofing systems. Although Accuseal wasn't the cheapest, we thought it was the best value for protecting the roof for decades. There was actually a good down pour before his team was finished with the roof. However, since the roof was already sealed in the first couple of layers of a mutli-layered roofing system, it wasn't a problem and it was bone dry on the inside. The crew was also very respectful of our property and polite, not like typical contractors on a construction site. Ed and his teams are very professional. Ed himself, was always there to answer any questions or concerns we had. We were so impressed with his work, we asked him to come back and replace the roof on three other buildings. Great job guys!
