Following a bad storm where a tree fell on our roof, James worked with our general contractor to replace the shingles on most of our roof. Following damages from a bad storm (a tree fell on our house), Eric and his team quickly took over all aspects of our roof and attic repairs. In fact, Eric essentially handled all interactions with our insurance company as well as all other repair teams. He also discovered additional damages that had been initially missed by the insurance company's structural engineer, leading the insurance company to increase its coverage.
