John helped us find a cost effective solution to recover from a clean water flood in our bathroom. He was quick to respond to our call and came on site. After examining the situation (with infrared and conductivity sensors), he determined that it was fairly minor and common, acknowledging that some homeowners might not even worry about it. As the ceiling below felt wet by hand and had a wet reading from the sensor, we chose to dry it to avoid mold growth inside. With industrial fans and dehumidifiers, the drying process took place over the next few days. John came to check on the progress and confirmed it was working. On the final visit, sensors showed most of the drying were done. This allowed us to avoid the more labour intensive and costly repair, such as removing the sideboard or opening up the ceiling. And it gave us peace of mind regarding mold growth. I am very happy with John's work and would recommand him.

Vivid Electric replaced my broken arc fault breaker and discolored outlets. The crew were well prepared and equiped coming on site. They were already familar with the issue that was previously discussed over email. In this case, the issue was that the arc fault breaker did not trip when the test button was pressed and some of the bedroom outlets managed by the breaker were discolored. The crew were quick at diagnosing and fixing the issue. They also demostrated that the repair worked by introducing an arc fault at each of the replaced outlet to show that the breaker trips as expected. Overall, I am very happy with their work.
