Service tech stated it is normal to have to slam door to have it close properly. "Really" Pins from door knobs to not line up properly with holes in door frame so door has to be slammed shut. This has also caused the trim around the door to separate at the joints. Tech also mentioned that closing the door causes a vaccum in the room making it harder to close ! My opinion is they do not want to correct the issue and there is a so called 3 year installation warranty. Still waiting to hear back from them, but am not holding my breath.
