Alex is a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable sales representative. After all the estimates and measurements were done by Alex, in a week the installers came to my house to do precise measurements on my windows, not to mention they have to drive back and forth from Toronto to Niagara Falls. Two weeks later my house look liked new again. Gena and his helper completed my job for 7 and a half hours. I tried to find any imperfections, useless time spent. I know its hard to believe, but the guys handle the job perfectly. Left place spotless, like nobody was even there.
