Rob and his team had to do a superior job when dealing with a residence for a designer and engineer that are perfectionists and have a working knowledge of how to do things ourselves. Time had come to relinquish control if we could find a company to suit our needs. They worked with us when we had specific requests and were very transparent with everything they were doing. Initially we tended to hover but quickly realized they deserved our complete trust. We wanted only quality products and even when we supplied some of our own specialty items they knew exactly how to ensure everything was done perfectly.
