Viola from Mississauga

The used, refurbished and clean 24" freestanding, electric range I've purchased is an older model but in a good, working condition. It was bought and picked up from Keel location on January 19, 2018. This stove replaced an old, rental apartment range that could not be fixed anymore. So far, after two months, my tenant has no complaints and I think it was a good purchase. I was aware the unit was not new but it seemed well restored. It would be helpful for me to power up the appliance and test the burners and oven in the store. This was not available at the time. I don't expect any issues with my purchase but I like very much the 12 months warranty. This is a nice gesture from the store. Thank you Barcelona Appliances I will be back!

I would like to recommend Slavic for his exceptional customer service and overall job from estimate to completion. I had water coming through mortar joints and cracks. Slavic suggested the best solution and advised on the available options. He stood by his timeline and quote. All the work was done from the outside; they excavated, repaired cracks, sealed up the walls then insulated them. The work was fast, efficient, and thorough. His crew was very responsive and professional; they took care of everything without mentioning. Whole area was cleaned up promptly afterwards.
