The whole process was very good. Met the salesman, received a quote, all done without any pressure or sales pitch. We did get other quotes and their price was very competitive! Once we agreed to go forward with the windows we were given a delivery and installation schedule that was met. The installers did a great job. Their installation skills were top notch and they were very careful of their surroundings and cleaned up after themselves. We are very satisfied and would recommend Rusco !

This is the second time that we have used Flothru. They do a very thorough job. On their first visit here they found that a run of our cold-air return had not been installed properly. An other company had cleaned the ducts previously and clearly hadnt inspected the ducting at all. We have been very satisfied with Flothru and have recommended them to multiple friends/family.
