These guys did a great job and quickly at a price that was 30-40% lower than all other competitors. They don't speak much English but got the job done and understand what needs to be done.
I purchased a door and got it installed by Idlewood. Was happy with the service (very nice customer service folks) and the job was done properly and to a high standard. No real complaints.
Customer Service was great. The guy (Dave I think) selling the mattress was friendly and liked to joke around, something that is needed when you test mattresses for an hour or so. He was also quite helpful in telling us which mattresses we would like based on body type and sleeping style. Compared to lower quality mattress stores and Sears and other non-dedicated mattress stores, Sleep Country in Waterloo was great. A very clean environment relative to the other stores.
Broadening of the Furnace Plenum and Air Conditioner Installation
Ben and his crew were excellent. He did a great job at improving air flow throughout the house and the air conditioner was installed without issue. My house was left clean and tidy upon completion. I would recommend Ben and crew for all HVAC jobs.
Mike was on time and eager to get started. He was quite thorough and knowing I was a first-time buyer, added several tips and strategies for dealing with maintenance and other issues beyond the scope of the inspection. The report given at the end of the inspection was impressive and provides a template from which to start repairs and perform maintenance over the years. I strongly recommend Mike.
