Terry came out very quickly and free of cost to see what was going on with my garage door. As suspected, the opener was poached. He gave me a couple of options and was honest with what he would pick in my situation, which was the lesser expensive, but still high-quality. He was quick to return and install and left the garage tidy of any work he did He was polite, professional, and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone!
