Danette in Saskatchewan

My sister and I had a garden heaping with beets last year. We decided to make pickled beets and borscht. Shredding the beets, carrots, cabbage, and onions were too easy thanks to the bosch adaptor. It can chop shred and slice vegetables with little mess and time. We had so much fun we are making this an annual event. The machine may cost a little more than other brands but it has a long life span. My mom's machine just broke down on her after 30 years. She made bread every week and baked almost everyday. She will be buying another Bosch ASAP.
