This year for our annual cleaning, we wanted to use Sears, after our neighbour pointed out that we can collect points, we were lucky that we didn't book till she had her house cleaned, and she was unhappy with the service. So we decided to go back to 416 So Clean, we had used them twice before and we were happy with their service (Adel did both jobs). So we called Adel and booked and appointment, and after the call, we immediately remembered how professional he is, he arrived 15 minutes before the appointment we agreed on, he used plastic shoes covers (reminded me with Bell technician when he came in to setup our Satellite and refused to take off his shoes), he remembered our names and our son name, he spent time explaining carpet and cleaning, which he did the last two times as well. Ah... and after a week passed, he called asking how the cleaning was and if we had any questions. We are very satisfied with his service and happy to see that there are still some companies out there that care about the customer and have that attention to details. These guys are my choice for cleaning

after an hour and a half from talking to the sales person, and agreeing to a price, the manager indicated that the product is out of stock, there could be more to this sotry than this, i think it is the fact that teh sales person promissed a price that the manager can't agree on
