Mike was great, I reached out to him about a leaking tub faucet I had in my condo that I was renting and he helped make the fix as easy and hassle free as possible. He told me up front what the cost would be and did not take advantage (I had removed other quotes and their prices were MUCH higher for a simple fix). I needed to have the cartridge replaced and he picked up the part for me at cost and replaced it the very next day after I called him. Definitely call Mike as he is professional and punctual. He was organized and kept me in the loop on what was going on at the condo and kept myself and my tenant informed for when he will be arriving specifically
