Prompt, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service
The staff and tech at Jameson were amazing to deal with. Susan on the phone was helpful with giving advice to help troubleshoot the problem. She was also transparent on giving an ETA for when the Tech (Curt) would arrive. As soon as Curt arrived he thoroughly explained the issue and provided a step by step guide on how to fix the issue on my own if the problem where to happen again. Curt also caught the ignitor was at the end of it's lifespan and was able replace it before it failed. Overall I'm pleased and would highly recommend Jameson.

Thank you Julian for the fantastic review! I don't have the skill set that Curt does but I like to troubleshoot with our clients to see if we can prevent a service call if not needed. Curt is very thorough and detailed with his explanations and he loves to help folks:)
