My review Sounds similar to others. Took a lot of effort to speak with someone after initial request for repair didnt work. Great at first and then couldnt fix. Technician confirmed locking mechanism and needed to order part. Paid for part that ended up not working and was told part would be refunded but technician cost of $60 still required. No problem happy to pay for techs time. Fast forward almost a month later after many emails and calls, finally spoke with owner who said no refund. Customer service was not great. Finally received only partial refund after being told part couldnt be returned. None of this was explained prior and was new info. Basically out $200 and washer still broken. Would still like a refund or confirmation from supplier the part doesnt work. Better diagnostics needed to verify issue can be resolved as technicians are considered experts. And if unable to do something business needs to communicate with customers better.
