While I think the price was reasonable, and the quality seems okay so far, the level of professionalism was really lacking here. The men working on the job were shouting loudly and swearing at each other, apparently in some sort of argument while we sat inside trying to eat dinner. When we got an estimate, Tom seemed very reasonable, and said that we wouldn't pay until everyone was satisfied. However, the job took longer than they'd expected, and by the time they were wrapping up, it was getting dark and the team made it known that they were impatient to leave, by complaining about how much trouble they'd be in for getting home so late. I sympathize, but that's hardly the customer's problem, and I didn't appreciate them trying to make us feel guilty for the fact that they didn't get the job done in the time they'd expected. When we had some concerns and questions, they were very rude and no longer seemed to care about us being satisfied with the job. Instead of addressing our concerns, there were comments like, "It would be nice if someone got me a cheque now!" Not exactly the kind of behaviour that sets your mind at ease about the job. So again, I can't complain about the job itself (time will tell), but the unprofessionalism and bad attitude means I would never recommend or use City Wide again.

We really do apologize for the experience you had with the crew, it is hard to find good employees and with the number of hours they have to work it is difficult, as per they were dismissed after your job .
