We were relentless in the process of submitting requests for proposals and interviewing submissions for 2 years before we felt comfortable moving forward. What gave us confidence was Ryan's honesty. That honesty prevailed throughout the project. He gave updates to timelines...good or bad and intervened when the subcontractors were not up to par or delayed. We can contest that the stress was less with Ryan! We know we can think about future projects with excitement..we know where to go!
